odd result in firefox/moz

there is space inbetween the nav buttons in firefox/moz but not in IE. Ive tried to put them in tables, divs....tried padding,margin, border 0 - still having this problem.

anyone know why this is happening?

Try putting
img { display: block; }
in your stylesheet to get rid of the extra bottom margin.
