    I am not getting any email notifications of responses to posts.

    Check your emails spam filter or spam folder. It often is the case, that when this happens it's due to spam filtering

    I checked my spam filter and spam folder. Sitepoint is NOT being screened out but I am still not receiving notifications. What is my next step?

    Well it could possibly be a bug this end. Probably best to see if we get any similar reports

    Yes, I did choose to receive notifications in my CP. Oddly enough, I DO get notices of PMs.

    Go to "My SitePoint" and then "Edit Options" and check under "Messaging & Notification". Your default thread subscription mode and default PM notification mode are separate options. You might be signed up for email notification for PMs but not for threads (that's how I have mine set up, actually).
