    Table size issue

I posted this a while back, but no-one was able to find the solution.

If you look on this page http://www.hiphopreaction.com/releases.php

You will notice on the left column that the grey border which is actually a table stops half way down the page. I would like it to stretch to the bottom.

If you need to see the code, and think you can correct this for me i can hook you up with a link to download the file and see if you can get it.

    Thansk!

Have you tried to give the table an absolute size? Maybe like 700 pix or whatever? If that doesn't seem to work, maybe you could try colspan = 2, or as a last resort maybe just place a bunch of &nbsp and line breaks after your tables. That's all I could tell you.

I don't know why people use tables anymore at all. IE 6--which over 90% of IE users use, does a decent job of handling DIV boxes.

I originally did a webpage using tables. Changing one little thing screws up something else on the other side of the table. What a frustrating experience.

DIV boxes are so unbelievably easy to use for layout.
