    I was wondering what software many of you are using for proposals, invoicing etc?

    I've been looking around for something that does it all. Typically, I send 2 copies of an invoice or statement out, one by e-mail (I get paid faster) and the other by snail mail. Any suggestions for an all in one package to do this kind of stuff?

    Well, quickbooks will do that - send an email invoice and printed one... but access would as well.

    We do our proposals in Word, but we have a template that we just plug in the blanks on... it has an extensive terms and conditions, and all the info already. All we do is do a sitemap in Illustrator and plug it in, and plug in the rest of the values (number of pages, page names, purpose, intended audience, etc.)
