Expecting Code CD in PHP Anthology?

I just purchased both volumes of the PHP Anothology, after being impressed with the code in one of the sample chapters. I was under the impression because of a poster here (forget who), that the books came with a cd with the source code on it.

Well, they arrived today, and they indeed do not have a CD. Is there any place I can access the files from the book, or do I actually need to recopy all the code from the text?

Nevermind, I found the answer -- it could be more clear in the book (I actually didn't even find it in the book, I found reference to it on the forums).

Have a look at page xii in the book... The code archive is mentioned there.

I have been trying to get a copy of the code archive and it has not worked. I used both the email address of my online order and another address with book, chapter, word information and I still have not received the code. I have requested this about 10 times and no response.

Any help?

Send an email to books@sitepoint.com and explain the problem. I had to do that one time for the code archive of a SP book, and they were very quick to respond with some assistance.

i bought the books here in nigeria and the guy also said he got purchased also but couldn't download the code archive which i also confirmed.
