Google's Page Rank
Hi all,
We all know that to gain Page Rank there are many factors, including how many incoming links there are and the quality of the page in question.
Also it states in the Google help pages that the spider may have problems following dynamic pages/content.
So how is Google.co.uk have a PageRank of 9? Maybe a daft question, but when the spider looks at the Google.co.uk homepage it only sees the graphic, the search box and the 'Advertising Programmes' etc links at the bottom. Thats it.
Has the PageRank of 9 become because of the inbound links and surely not because of content?

PR is based solely on the number of incoming links that a website has, not its content. I think it's safe to say that Google has quite a healthy number of incoming links.
