Good Windows Security Program

Hi all, I'll be leaving for college in a few months and I'm not sure I trust my roomate. I would like a security program that lets me disable saving...disable control panels and certain program and yadda yadda yadda. I've heard of FoolProof and that looks pretty good. What do you experts suggest? Also as cheap as possible

Fortres is what my school uses and it's pretty good.

It'd be easiest to just make a password in the BIOS.

At school and work we use FoolProof. It is pretty customizable and does the job fine. I am not sure of a website or cost, though.

Anacrhos - A BIOS password would keep him from using the computer altogether.

yeah I'd like friends and others to use it, but of course limit the damage they could possibly do. I found this program called Sentry 98, it looks pretty good.

You might want to read up on the Policy editor (poledit).

You could go Win2K for added security. You can give him access or permission to do only certain things on the computer (like print, but not add any programs).
