Pepsi or Coke? either as long as there's a shot or three of Vodka in it

When I do drink soda (a coffee or beer man mainly) I like Vimto, dandelion and Burdock or ginger beer/ale

Did anyone actually like that "ya ya ya - ya ya, always coca cola" campaign?

I saw an ad from the new campaign the other day - it looked a bit more sofizicated...

Can't remember that much (I tend to filter advertising out of my memory!!!) but I didn't realise it was for Coke, until the very end - pleasantly surprising!

This isn't sick, this is the way most frenchies do mayo on fries ! or mustard, or ketchup too.

By the way: Coca-Cola all the way !

pepsi no longer owns kfc, taco bell and its restaurants, they sold them to some other company

    2. alot of drinks that coke and pepsi produce and/or bottle are not found everywhere, some are produced in only certain states and others are produced and sold only in some countries and can't be found elsewhere.

I love coke, it is waaaay better than pepsi

I vote coke, I can't explain it. Always found this one interesting, informative if you didn't know.. Read onward!

    Coca Cola
The most famous cocaine product, of course, was a secret mix of coca-leaf extract, sugar and the caffeine-rich kola nut. Its name? One guess.

Developed by Atlanta pharmacist John Pemberton, Coca Cola was marketed as the perfect beverage for a "turbulent, inventive, noisy, neurotic new America," good for "any nerve trouble, mental and physical exhaustion."

Advertisements at the time declared the drink to be "one of the most delightful, cheering, and invigorating of fountain drinks." No doubt. In 1886, every bottle contained the equivalent of a small but respectable line of cocaine.

By 1902, the Coca Cola Company had ceased to use coca-leaf extractin its manufacturing process, and then conveniently forgot they had ever used cocaine. The Coca Cola museum in Atlanta does not mention Coca Cola's debt to the magic bush from Peru.

Yeah, I knew about that. Cocaine wasn't a bad thing back then. Don't try to tarnish the brand though.

    I personally like Coca Cola.

But at work in the summer, we kinda sit on our asses in front of the computer all day and end up drinking a LOT of soda. Then, I would prefer Pepsi One which tastes better than Diet Coke.

Sales don't say anything. Look at Ford's sales and then BMW's. Of course, Ford has sold more, but does that make them better? Not at all.

How much more expensive is your average BMW compared to your average Ford? Don't you think that plays a role here?

Coke and Pepsi products are roughly the same price, depending on what sale is going on, then it is a few cents difference.

Um... what do you mean by better?

Ford is a better COMPANY, they have more sales and make more money. But... BMW does have more expensive cars... yes.

"Can You Tell The Difference" test

When I was in college, our Econ professor put brown paper around two cans and wanted to see if we could tell the difference between Coke and Pepsi. The class was pretty much divided down the middle, believing which can was Coke and which can was Pepsi.

After the test, the teacher removed the brown paper. It was two cans of RC!

You have to be more prescise, the better company is not the company that makes more money, but the company that makes each shareholder the most money.

You may have 1 billion dollars in sales but have so many shareholders and costs that you only make 100 dollars per shareholder.

On the other hand you may only have 1 million dollars in sales, have 5 shareholders and only 500 000 dollars in costs, giving each shareholder 100 000 dollars.

    Which company is better?

[Ok, so it's probably still Ford ]
