What browsers (if any?) provide complete support for CSS2?
I just read the CSS2 spec over at the W3C site and there a a number of cool thigns that it specifies (better than colored scrollbars IMO and I'm wondering what browsers provide complete CSS2 support?
I know that IE6 doesn't. From my tests, Mozilla 0.91 doesn't appear to either - but I could be wrong on the one. Are there any other browsers that might support CSS2?
With the rate that IE is advncing at in terms of CSS support, it'll probably be the year 2010 before we get CSS3 support ...
Mozilla is what comes the closest, but no browser supports CSS level 2 100% due to aural styles. Mozilla and Opera I would say has the best support at the minute.

A visual rendering agent can't be expected to implement aural styles, right? Is there an expectation that Mozilla and IE and the like will implement text to speech? I know that when I found out that I could do text to speech on IE with characters I thought it was pretty cool
Has Mozilla implemented all of the visual things such as outline?
