    Unhappy Trouble with table colours!!

    Hi all,

    I am using css sheets for colours on my website, im not doing anything spectacular just changing a few boreders etc.

    I have this problem where if i set the outer table boreder colour and iner boreder colour in the css, then when displayed on my site the outer border will be fine but the cells only have the left and bottom side in the right colour and the right and top sides are in a dark colour.

    This is my whole sheet.

    Code:
    body {
    	font-family: Verdana, Geneva, Arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
    	background-color: #000000;
    	color: #FFFFFF;
    	font-size: x-small;
    }

    table {
    	border-color: #990000;

    }

    td {
    	font-family: Verdana, Geneva, Arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
    	font-size: x-small;
    	font-weight: nomal;
    	color: #FFFFFF;
    	border-color: #FF0000;
    }

    th {
    	font-family: Verdana, Geneva, Arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
    }

    a:link {
    	color: #FFFFFF;
    	text-decoration: none;
    }

    a:visited {
    	text-decoration: none;
    	color: #FFFFFF;
    }

    a:hover {
    	text-decoration: underline overline;
    	color: #FF6600;
    }

    a:active {
    	text-decoration: none;
    	color: #FFFFFF;
    }
    The code appears fine in dreamwaver, but once its uploaded it goes wrong. If you want to see what it looks like then goto http://www.thetrial.staronesw.com/te...wColours3).php

    The inner boreders of the tables i would like to be solid red.

    I know the colours arnt very good, but its only an example lol.

    Thanks for your help
