Last night I tried adding a navigation bar to my website and everything went haywire. It looks halfway decent in FF but absolutely hideous with IE.

Ugh there is way too much wrong with your code that I don't even know where to start. First you are not using a doctype. Second, all of your tags are CAPITALIZED! Third is the use of tables and also tags that have been deprecated in favor of CSS.

There is so much more wrong with your page that I am afraid I just can not help you....

Not right now but in the not-so-distant future when XHTML becomes the standard it will. XHTML does not allow tags to be capitalized. I believe that it's always good to be prepared for the future...
