Have you contacted local travel agencies to see if you can link on their site for a fee?

Mass mailing works great as well. You could even make your mailing specific to the age demographic in each neighborhood. Most county seats and I think post offices have that information available for a fee.

Does your site focus on anything specific? Do you have a niche? There are many ways to take your site to the next level depending on what you focus on.

I would establish some parterships with travel agencies as stated above and Id also start an agressive affiliate program.

Starting an affiliate program could be a very profitable step for your business, however, it will cost you quite a bit of money, and isn't a decision to be taken lightly. You should make up a detailed business plan for your affiliate program, complete with full financial projections (your current profit margins, commissions you will pay to affiliates, expected increase in business, etc.), in order to get a better idea of whether or not it is worth it for your site.
