Sure. TribalFusion & Burst. You will sometimes, depending on your site's categorization will get some campaigns like this from Casale. Other networks like BUDS, RealTech, BannerConnect, and ValueClick are good second tiers, but I do not think any of them would be offering .75 + CPM to their publishers anytime soon.

The website is the game site in my sig. As far as I know the campaign is available for anyone who is a publisher with Fastclick. But FastClick/advertiser can be filtering campaigns based on performance/type of site etc. Actually it would make sense if they do, but I'm a publisher and don't really give a damn
My average CPM with fastclick is just barely above a dollar, so there's plenty of other campaigns not paying that well.

Which type of ads are you talking about?
Popunders are measured in CPM and pay a LOT more than banners.

biggest ever, was back in 99, or 98, not sure, was around $125CPM
As of late, couple years ago got a $7.50 from Gorillanation, but had no inventory.
At the present moment my biggest is $1.63 for Travel Express in fastclick

There's a $11 CPM popunder in Casale now, although that's before network fees. Still, the highest I have seen in quite some time...

Unfortunately...you will not be able to find cpm's above 75 cent if you have a very high volume site. When I started with fastclick I was earning 1.10 cpm but my gamesite traffic was averaging only 5000 pageviews a day. Now my site traffic is 30,000 page views a day but I Currently earn about .60 cpm. As your site traffic increases you will have to use some lower paying campaigns to maximize revenue.

pageviews. They really aren't worth it. You'll have a span of 2 good weeks, but then you'll have 3 months of sub 0.10 CPM. When I ran them I was running them and Focusin/mammas pretty much 50/50 and always made way more with Focusin.. which in it's self is pretty sad

I've got a good number of campaigns on fast click around $1.50 cpm, they aren't served too often though. My overall ecpm averages around $0.55, including banners, skys and rectangles.
