table height issue in IE
I'm new to this sitepoint forum, and I have a question already.
Over here you can see a try for a site (just the basics ) but there's one problem.
When you compare it, opened in FF, and opened in IE, then it seems in IE that the newsflash area is too much in height. Although, in Firefox, it displays right.
Also, a note, is that both the menu and the content need to go to the end of the page (meaning, they both need to end on the same y-value)
I've been trying with divs as well, but then the content section didn't stretch to the bottom
Thanks in advance,

get rid of the first line in your code:
it's probably throwing IE into quirks mode.
didn't have much time to check between browsers, only viewed code in FF.

Nopes, that didn't do the trick :'(
Anybody else has any suggestions?
