Google Adsense and SERP's.

Can anyone here poke around to see exactly what methods the following site is using to generate targeted Adsense ads to display on searches performed in real-time with their engine.

I tried to dynamically add in content using a search engine script, but didn't quite come as close as this site in getting perfectly matched Google ads. They really have it working well. Try to search for anything and it displays perfect matches most of the times for most terms used.

Any thoughts or ideas about this?

Hmm..

I searched for "Toronto Maple Leafs" and got AdSense ads for Dentists, Gift Baskets and a car dealership. All in Toronto, mind you.

It seems that they have some quirks too.

I searched "unusual keyphrases" and got a bunch of depression/anxiety/stress disorder ads...

remember in adwords you can pick what keywords your ads will be included......
