Javascript to detect and break out of a frame?

I'm sure I've seen some javascript code around somewhere (but I can't find it now!) which
a) detects if a page is being framed by another, and
b) breaks out of that frame.

In other words, I want to make sure that a particular web page of mine is not allowed to be displayed inside a frame on someone else's site (whenever and wherever that might occur).

Can anyone point me to this code?

For future reference, things concerning JavaScript would best be posted in the "Client-Side Scripting" forum, because it contains all discussions on JavaScript and would benefit you the most.

It would most certainly let me, say, if i was an administrator. but, seeing as i'm not, i suggest you move it yourself. or, if you want, i'll PM an admin and ask them to do it.
