looking for popup impression thing

I am looking for a popup service that pays per impression. i heard someone on here had one, but i can no longer find the post.

PopUpTraffic.com - I just signed up with them today to try them out... they aren't too bad at all, but didn't seem to catch my correct number of impressions (based on FastClick ad stats), so I removed them as I only wanted to try them if they made a significant change in earnings..

Fastclick, Casale, and PopUptraffic seem to be the leaders in pops.

FastClick does not have pop-ups, only pop-unders.
