    Google Cache with Frames

I'm trying to increase traffic to my site and I figure one of the best ways is for Google, and other SE's, to see my entire page content.

My problem is I use Frames on my page and when I click the 'Cached' link on my google search results I get a blank page. I've added a <noframes> section to my index.html with a copy of my main large frame content section in the hopes that Google would display it and search it, but to no avail.

    Any suggestions?

see when the cache was last updated and see if thats the date after which you added the noframes tag. Also I would suggest removing the frames if possible is better way to go about SEO.
