Promoting a Script

I know there are lots of places to submit scripts (hotscripts for 1). I have a free script that I am continuing to develop, and is quite robust now. I'm wondering what I could do to better promote it. Is there is a list of places to submit? Or maybe there are developers that I could attract to help with this open source project?

Well put it on as many sites as possible of course. Just do a google search for free web scripts or free php scripts.

You might want to consider http://freshmeat.net (a site I frequent for new scripts), though it may not fit your tastes or needs.
