    Hurricane Digital Media

I'm dropping advertising.com and paypopup for my backups and going to give this company a go.

How are they performing for people, and have publishers recieved payment? Just looking for feedback relating to that and CPM's.

I definately agree. I don't believe they have a page to check statistics, let alone change your details. Also, the email confirming that I got accepted seemed like a template, it didn't include my name or anything...

They are a good company for the most part. I have them on no geo-targeting ROS. Making about 0.09 CPM. I have them on third or fourth tier.

I like Hurricane as well. They are changing (improving) their interface almost daily at the moment. Certainly not a company that stands still. They also keep you well informed. Only wish they were quicker at authorising new sites

I sent a support email to tech support and they responded in less than 5 minutes. In many cases, that's faster than a phone call for most businesses.

I think they should add the feature of displaying eCPM for UK/US/Can/International. Currently they only show the earnings. I hope they do come up with it very soon.

How has everyone been doing with them? It seems my eCPM has fallen a bit. But then again, I am getting TONS of traffic outside the US/UK and that kinda sucks.

Yea, I had the same problem with them last week. There new system is horrible. It counts regions that are not evening being served. It also has the "robot" counter, which is also BS. I do not like how this is turning out. I pulled them out of rotation last week. Until I hear some better reporting, they will stay out. Whatever update they are doing, it isn't working well. Glad I am not the only one who is experiencing this.

I am sorry to see there are problems with our new accounting system.

Some clarification about the new reporting system.

There are 3 region breakouts, each with a different eCPM value:

    - US, UK, & Canada
    - Europe (Not UK)
    - International (Everything else except the excluded countries)

There are 2 other counts as well:

    - Excluded countries (countries we don't pay for)
    - Robots or Spiders

We provide the last 2 counts so our clients can view the total number of impressions served, and see why their impression numbers are different than ours.

If you have any further questions, please let me know.
