I just ordered some traffic from targetedvisitors.info. Still waiting for Dan to activate my account. Will post my feedback after reviewing it.

I tried Targetedvisitors.info. Ordered some of the cheap untargetted visitors. I got all the uniques promised, verified by my stats program. BUT, almost no one spent more than a minute at my site. Pop unders really aren't that great to advertise with, as most people will simply ignore them. Some have said that the "Targeted" traffic works better. I haven't tried it, but am skeptical.

I think your money would be much better spent on AdWords. You won't get nearly as many unique visitors, but the ones you do get chose to be there and are likely to hang around and buy something, register with your site, or whatever your purpose is.

I think that these programs don't give quallity visitors, because traffic coming from popups and pop unders which is very annoy for the user.

If I had a small advertising budget I would prefer buing low cost PPC campaigns. There are some networks offering 0.01 per click camaigns (actually I am also selling at this price)

With this price you get 200 visitors instead of 1000 BUT the visitors have clicked on an advertisment which means that they were looking for the service that you offer.

I tried one of these services to promote a domain parking page, and only recieved a 0.1% CTR on my links. Granted, the traffic wasn't targeted, but I think that popup/popunder traffic in general is flawed.

As for PPC traffic, it can work well in some cases, but you have to be careful about who you deal with. A lot of the smaller PPC search engines seem to provide traffic exclusively from affiliates, most of whom are participating in clickfraud schemes.

When buying traffic, it's always best to get all the facts ahead of time, and proceed with caution.

    Lightbulb

Thanks to all who have posted their views.

Yes, its very true that popup and pop-unders are very annoying and very often visitors simply ignore them.

Further besides using google AdWords, which are the popular PPC based sites which can be used to promote my website?

I look ahead to your views

    Thanks

I think some of the best PPC programs are SearchFeed and Clicksor. I use them as a publisher, and I can say that they are good. I haven't try to cheat on them, but I think it is difficult to do that.
