    Float problem in Firefox

    Hello,

I'm doing a project for school. Everything works so far, except for one darn float. Actually, the float works when I resize the "left floated" DIV, but I can't resize it if I want to meet the teacher's specs. Is there any way around it? Any FFX bugs I can take advantage of?

I don't know what you WANT it to look like, so I can't solve the problem, sorry.

I want it to look like it does in IE. Firefox puts the text below the "the big sale" ad. The specs say that the ad should be optional... in which case the text will span the full distance, which is why I'm not setting the div's width.

Give #body a set width or give it a right margin.

Alternatively, you could try moving #ads into #body and then floating #ads to the right.

Works beautifully (I moved it into #body). Thanks so much, Kravvitz.
