Basic Shopping Cart?

I'm looking for a very basic (and free) shopping cart that does not require credit card transactions and where all of the products can be "free."

It's for use on our company Intranet. We want to place all of our internal sales & marketing materials online so that our various facilities will be able order from Corporate HQ as needed.

Have a look at Agora Cart which is based on Commerce.cgi.
You could just select the off-line payment method to avoid payment gateways
