and you can do ctrl+G to go to a line number on error, which i use a lot (for quick editing, when using Dreamweavr is a kill for CPU, ofcourse on old computers)

What version of Windows are you using?

I'm pretty sure it might be only the XP version.

    Combination

    Hello firends

    http://www.sitepoint.com/forums/show...ghlight=editor

real programmers use edlin I'm using Zend 2.5 in combination with HTML-Kit. One has features i'm missing with the other and vice versa). Another very good choice would be the free Weaverslave. It really rocks. Unfortunately for those guys of you whose german is a little rusty the site is mostly in german although there's an english version of the programm.
I use php designer 2005.But in DW,Drawing form and tables is easier than php designer 2005.

I need an IDE to draw tables and forms and doing css effects(like dreamweaver)And then I want to use it in combination with php designer 2005.

    Which IDE do you recommand?
