My site has been cloned..what should I do?

I have a very popular game site at http://www.gamepapa.com
recently I found two sites that have cloned my site at

    http://www.heshan18.com/dmirror/http....com/index.php
    http://www1.dongtaiwang.com/cgi-bin/.../gamepapa.com/

1, How did they get my code?
2, Should I be concerned and what should I do?

    Hi,
It really doesn't look like your website has been cloned, it just seems that somebody has morrored it (and I presume automaticly).

In the event that somebody has mirrored it, they haven't got your code - in the same way that nobody browsing your website has your code. Just HTML and images.

    Overall: don't be worried!

    Regards,
    Harry

Hi, as HarryR already said, they haven't get your code, but probably "mirrored" or copied your site' functionality and html/graphic contents

Yes, if you want your site (your online games) to be unique/proprietary and licensed in the internet, you may want to patent somehow your site' functionality, contents, etc.
