I was wondering how many campaigns can we run. If i have 1000 websites could i run 1000 adwords campaigns at once?

I think you could, but you'd need a pretty damn big advertising budget.

I'm pretty sure they don't put a limit on the number of campaigns ... after all, why would they want to limit the amount of money you're willing to spend with them? As long as they are relevant campaigns I'm sure you can have as many as you like (1,000 campaigns? Doesn't sound like a lot of fun to manage)!

With Google Adwords there is no limits to the amount of campaigns, not from what I have seen at least. I have one client who I help them manage their Adword campaigns, they have something like over 300+ seperate campaigns.

With adwords how in the world do we find out what our current up to date balance is? I look under the outstanding balance part of my account and it doesnt change. It says like $xxx amonth for this month and that's it. I would think the number would climb and not stay the same.

AFAIK, with post-pay billing, the most accurate way to find your balance is to set the date range on your campaign management page to begin at whatever your last billing date was, and see your cost since then.
