    PHP editor...

Does anyone know a good editor for PHP that runs under Linux? So far I have been moving smoothly, but making sure all the "s and 's are lining up right is becoming a pain in the ****...

Zend has an IDE for PHP, but I find the price rather prohibative. There is a free trial available.

I was hoping on a cost in my range... preferably free. I was trying eMacs, but for some reason, I cannot understand any part of it...

I haven't figured out eMacs either but most geeks swear by it - it's worth downloading a few HOWTOs / FAQs / Tutorials on it as I'm sure it's what you're looking for.

I've heard that the next version of KDevelop (the IDE for KDE) will include support for PHP - no idea when it'll be out though.

Of course, there's always Vi if you're completely stuck
