Slight Installation Problem-Pear on Command Line

Hi all,

Hope you can help me hear. I have installed pear but when I try to install packages I get this error:

The specified module could not be found.
In Unknown line 0

this is my command prompt:

C:\>pear download-all

Why wo't this work???

Treid using C:\>$ pear download-all but gives me a syntax error.

Really appreciate any help.
