    Red face advice?

    hi, ive been looking around for a upload script simalar to www.yousendit.com i first started out using a simple php script but realised it couldnt handle the big files, so i figured it is an asp script, but i no nothing about asp and addons etc, and i dont have a server mearly a reseller account, could anyone point me in the right direction for an easy script of this type.

    the script is fine, its your reseller account that is limitting your bandwidth.

    yeh its the default 2mb php level, so thats why i need asp, any ideas?

    it doesnt matter whether or not its asp or php or java or psuedoenglish, your reseller has limited you account.

    well not really, if i want to upload like 5mb files, my account has enough B/W i have like 200GB, so how would it be limited?

    my host dont care, all i need is advice on a simalar script to yousendit.com, that i can work with. thats all.

    not a component..pure asp, easy to install, no bw/size constrictions http://www.freeaspupload.net/

    get the asp componant checker from here http://www.pensaworks.com/prg_com.asp and see what's installed on your server

    thansk for all advice above, i ended up sticking to my php script and rather than contact my host i added these 2 lines at the top of my .htaccess file
    Code:
    php_value post_max_size 16384000
      php_value upload_max_filesize 16384000

    worked a treat so if anyone has the same php upload problem, here is a possable fix !
