    PHP to replace frames?

    I have a frames based site here - www.unshroud.com

    It's a turnkey affiliate site that basically has a header and a footer where you can put your own code/design whatever and uses frames to simply show the main site through your header and footer.

    Question - can anyone think of away for me to change this into non-frames? I want something that will somehow change/refresh the header/footer along with the main content so that adsense will actually read the page inside and display context relevant ads. Maybe some kind of an include in PHP?

    You can use:
    Code:
    <? include ("header.php"); ?>
    and if the file is on a different directory:
    Code:
    <? include ("../header.php"); ?>

    Server Side Inlcudes should do the trick. Huge time savers and always nice to avoid frames!
