Picture forwarding (forward to a friend)

I was wondering if anybody knew what I could use to forward pictures to friends on my site. For example if someone opened a picture in a new window and wanted to send it to a friend. If someone know about a script or a form that I could use it would be grate if you could send it to me or tell me about it.
