I've been really concerned about this "network" despite the funding they are getting. If anyone has read on this forum, BlueLithium has not been paying their bills, or very lat - yet has been throwing parties for the industry costing thousands of dollars at AD:TECH.
Additionally, several publications have written about them and it hasn't sounded good. Let's talk about it so we can get some experiences recorded, and thoughts. Maybe they'll change, maybe they will be shut down.

I have been paid by BlueResponse, a Blue Lithium product. More than once also.
i never heard of blueResponse.
are you sure it's a bluelithium product
if you remember clickagents back in late 90's
i believe the same people who ran clickagents are running bluelithium
and back then they paid me but bluelithium never paid me
Do a search, you'll find this has already been discussed.
This is what happens - They say turn up the traffic we have a millions of CPM camapigns for you this month - then a few days later it always turns into CPC/CPM - then I have to readjust everything and when I ask them about it they do not respond until they can say oh we now have some more of this ad unit please increase the volume. They always dish me CPC/CPA and they never convert - then they ask me to use Blueresponse and I showed them my BL - CPA stats and said explain to me why I would want to use it if I do not make any money from your CPA offers?

BlueResponse = Bluelithium. Same people. Lots of complaints from people they aren't paying their affilaites once they hit min. someone needs to do an investigation

While they throw in a lot of CPC/CPA campaigns, they do pay. I can affirm that I've been paid by they twice. Extremely slow to pay, but they do eventually pay.
