Yes, if what I said above was true, it would be like running an auction in real life, the highest bidder win, gets the "prize", goes home, comes back a few weeks later and takes back half the money and says "nah turns out I didn't want to pay as much as I did afterall".

Sounds like hokey-pokey to me, and I'm only hoping that you (BannerConnect) can give us clarification about this, because if it's the case, I'll be switching back to someone else who I at least can trust that the reported earnings are what I'll be seeing on my check when it receives.

per our conversation. This is a monthly report and for each time it is generated
if calculates for the entire month. It does not add totals on to the previous day.
So if CPM's were changed it will calculate the entire month with the new figures. I
will go ahead and resolve this case, feel free to re-open the case if you have any
questions/problems.

As stated prior, we have changed the campaign back to the way it was so things should be back to normal tomorrow and we will change the campaign at the beginning of next month.

I emailed Alex from Bannerconnect about my utter hatred for DART. They were cool enough to switch me over to an AdvertPro interface in a matter of a few hours.

I used the DART for a few days. hated it. Stats were so wrong. they switched me to Advert Pro been using it for 3 days now. I run their code through PHPAdsNew the numbers have matched 100% all 3 days. and my rates have been a lot better $0.19 for 468x60 and $0.24 for 728x90. It updates stats in realtime, rather then every 24-36 hours.

I've been really happy since the switch, ad am going to put them ahead of RealCast/Mammas/Bluetime as 2nd in my chain

Update: all BC banners are f up now and don't show anything, that's not the way of doing business, sorry.....now again I have to change my chain, this month have been awful for me.

The main thing is that BannerConnect rep cannot answer our questions straight, we are still waiting for your clear answer Michiel. I don't care what you plan there in house or whatever you want, we are talking about money here, not just numbers, so please answer us. Luckely I didn't put you first in the chain, kidbuu's situation is really bad.

I've checked my report as well, compared to yesterday, it looks alright, HOWEVER - The actual earnings from yesterday have disappeared into nothingness it seems, yesterday and the day before are gone, approx, guestimate about $100 short. It's not the world, but it certainly is money, money I don't want to see gone.

I'm not going to sit around wait for them to shape up and think that all is swell, so yeah, better see a fix soon on my end, or I'll be jumping ship.

As we all know DART has a 24hr delay and since we solved this problem last night... it will take some time to update all, we know, we know and are working very hard on an internal solution! Give us some time please, we are doing our best to satisfy all.

Sounds quirky to me. I can safely say BannerConnect has placed doubts in my head about their ethics. DoubleClick, no matter how bad they may be, is used by hundreds of advertisers. When I do my direct dealings, I never had an advertiser retroactively reduce my amount earned. Sorry, that excuse just does not fly in my book.

They are the same as yesterday, only with yesterday's earnings as well. Hasn't been rectified.

BannerConnect: you are going to pay at a rate I had before, i.e. $0.17. That's ridiculous to have it all the month at a stable rate of $0.17 and the next day waive a piece from each publisher. Please comment on this whether you are going to pay with old numbers or new ones we see there now or maybe you are not planning to pay at all? We can expect anything from you now.

It's ridiculous that we actually have to argue about whether they're gona pay the old rate or not. Ofcourse they will pay the old rate to us....., I just hope they can figure out how.
