    Odigo, maybe this design is the one he is working on in order to get a legitimate copy of his website going.

    I bet he earned money from all those deals - probably just pocket money, but -

    Hmmm, might be a good idea to ensure his house gets raided for pirated software.

    That's horrible... it's too blatent... you would think he would at least disguise the sources he used.

    I think I'm going to give this guy a call tomorrow....

    "I'm looking to speak to the owner of Dayspring Internet"

    "May I ask whose calling?"

    "This is Matt Mickiewicz, from SitePoint. Have you heard of us?"

    Oh boy I would love to be in conference on that call. If his stupidity comes to the fore again and he wants to debate it, just remind him you have over 6000 people here ready to back you up at a moments notice, and I will be first in line.

    I've just noticed something else....

    He has copyright on 'his' site as 1998-2001.

    The domain name was first registered when??

    2nd February 2001

    Is this guy stupid or is this guy stupid?

    Oh, I'd love to be the fly on the wall when he gets that phone call from Matt!!!

    That is plausable to some extent saz. Say he had the domain it expired and he re registered it....and i can think of other ways that could happen in a legit fashion but i dont think this is one of those legit situations!!

    This guy is pretty stupid thats for sure!! And from looking at it he has chosen to use exactly the same copyright notice as Sp accept he actually realised it would be good to change the name..clever boy :P

    He's got a real nerve quoting copyright on the design. What's he gonna do? Sue SitePoint for plagiarism??!!!

    I'm gonna call too
    I have an idea--

    "hi, may I speak to the owner of day-spring please?"
    "who's calling?"
    "my name is scott, I hope to be a client!"
    "please hold"
    <some cheap(probably copied)music plays>
    "hello, how may I help you?"
    "yes, hi. I am in need of a website and I was hoping your company could help, but I have some concerns."
    "what might those be?"
    "well, for one... If I get my site designed through you are you going to goto yet another person and rip theirs off and tell me you made it? or will you ACTUALLY make me a honest one?"
    <click>
    <dialtone>

    hehe. I'll do it!

    Local vocabulary? Like any state, Kentucky has it's rich and it's poor, it's educated and it's uneducated, etc., but please don't make generalizations like that about Kentuckians being uh, well, hill billies. I was born in Kentucky and have a lot of friends, family, and memories from there. And no, I don't have a Southern accent, I'm in New Jersey, for God's sakes.
