    Thumbs up What about blogs?

What about a forum on blogs for all the devoted bloggers out there? I think the blogging community is big enough for it

    I like the idea

Perhaps if enough people show interest the staff can make it happen.

I don't like it. Blogging isn't webmastering. It'd be like having a forum dedicated to information regarding AWS sites. It's overly-specific.

I'm all for blogging. I have nothing against it. I just think it's better served on its own site.

Yeah, I agree with Nathan. Too specific. That said, I think a forum on content creation (writing, etc.) might be an interesting idea.

Yeah, I was going to say a writing forum might be more appropriate, as we all have to write content, regardless of whether it's a blog or not.

I'm all for it! Sometimes you just need someone to help with writing content, maybe some assistance in the structure of the content, maybe the spelling, maybe the correct terms or phrases.

I like the content forum too, since that's what blogging is mainly about anyway. They would be one in the same really and that's the main reason I was thinking about a blog forum here. Although, I don't think that comparing blogs to an AWS site is a good comparison. Just my opinion though.

Thanks for the input guys - we'll have a chat about the idea for a new forum at the content meeting next week.
