    Outlook Stationary Letterhead

    Hello,

I've got a dilemma I've been trying to solve, using MSO Outlook.
I've created a jpeg image (logo) to be used as a letterhead for a company. The company wants the image to appear at the top of all email correspondance. All workstations have been set to send HTML mail using the logo image as stationary.
The problem I am having is...
When a new email is started and before the employee begins typing, they must carriage return (hit the "Enter" key) six times to avoid typing into the top graphical letterhead of the stationary.
I tried referencing (inserting) the graphic into the html and it works fine but not habit forming like the no brainer stationary.
Unfortunately, most of the employees are layman illiterates, not HTML savvys.
Is there a work-around that would auto format the text to begin typing after the stationary graphic?
    Transparent spacer?

    Thanks,
    KDFx

Which email server is the company using (if it is running it internally) - many servers provide the option to add a letterhead graphic to the top of all mails after they have been written and submitted to the server.

The company uses MS Exchange for the internal server.
