i do apologise for breaking the rules (didnt know it was one ) wont do it again. I didnt understand that post the first time i looked at it bit now when i look a bit closer you have just created frames around the frames which force the main frame in the middle. Ok thanks youve been a great help

    take a look

    Look Here

One thing though, if the user makes his/her window smaller the site doesnt remain centered, would puttin another frame along the right hand side sort out this problem??

    here is my code,

    PHP Code:
    </head>

    <
    frameset rows="118,368" cols="160,*" framespacing="1" frameborder="no" border="0" bordercolor="#ECE9D8">
      <
    frame src="blank.html">
      <
    frame src="logoframe.html" name="topFrame" scrolling="NO" noresize >
      <
    frame src="blank.html">
      <
    frame src="homeframe.html" name="bottomFrame" scrolling="YES" noresize>
    </
    frameset>
    <
    noframes><body>
    </
    body></noframes>
    </
    html
if you could tell me how i can make that centered all the time that would be great, otherwise im happy with it just being on full screen
