This might be a little off-topic, but I have removed a file from my "file types" in Internet explorer and now I can't see source code in Internet Explorer. (silly I know)
Anyone know how to get this back?
Im stuck without it!
Open up any folder on your system, and go to View | Folder options...
Go across to file types...
Then you should find one that says "Text Document" or "Notepad file" etc...
If there isn't then create a new one that says "Text Document"
The (MIME) content type is "text/plain"
and the extension is "TXT"
REASON:
When you view source code in Internet explorer, it creates a temporary file with the extension .TXT and then opens that file (with whatever is associated with text files).
