    Do Get-Paid-To-Surf Programs Work?

Can someone please explain to me if get paid to surf programs really work? Is it just a scam? They say that advertisers cut out the "middle man" and pay people at a reduce cost to visit their sites, watch their commercials etc..??

You supposedly get a portion of the ad revenue but as delstu said, most are likely to be scams.

Most of these programs are based on the concept of generating waste clicks or impressions on paid ads. In fact this is plain fraud and using such a program you will become a part of the criminal gang. Is it what you are looking for?

Hmm. Some do, some don't, but its best to find people who have been paid by them before you try them because it could be just a waste of time, on your part.

I've been paid by ShareAdSpace.com and CashClicking.com before, but that was just due to some lucky referrals who earned me enough (over several months where I forgot about those programs) to be paid. I wouldn't bother with them unless you are able to get some active referrals. As SFSunMedia suggested, visit GetPaidForum.com and research any programs before joining, there are plenty of good paying programs but probably an equal number of scams.

Some of them, such as ShareAdSpace, CashClicking, etc., are legitimate, but the rates they pay are very low. It's impossible to earn more than about $0.20/hour for your personal surfing efforts, so it isn't really worth it unless you can gind a lot of referrals who are willing to waste their time on it.

When I use these programs, I generally don't cash in my credits, but use them to get a bit of free traffic for my websites.

As for the ones that require you to invest money, and give you a percentage of your investment back each day that you surf, they are ponzi scams, plain and simple. These programs often work for a while (even a couple of years), but they always collapse as soon as there are more people taking money out than putting money in.

As mentioned above, about 90% of them are scams and don't pay you. But they are worth taken part if you don't mind working alot of hours for nothing at the end of it.

Does anyone by any chance remember one of the first get paid to surf programs named All Advantage? I used them a long long time ago and they actually paid me...for the time being before shutting down.

Yes I got paid by Alladvantage a few times

Ive still use shareadspace and earn around $70 a month from it although this does take time as I ALWAYS have it running in the background and click throughout the day If you want info on how to do this then PM me All it cost was an initial $7.30 outlay.
You only ever need 2 tools - duct tape and WD-40
If something moves and it shouldnt - use duct tape
If something doesnt move and it should - use WD-40

I don't bother earning from these sites. Infact I don't support them at all as all they are is scamming advertisers out of their hard earned cash.

AllAdvantage was good. They were even better when the MyAdvantage hack came out, haha.

Well, I use StudioTraffic, and they've paid me 4 times so far - which means I've made back my initial deposit and then some. Really, if you look at ones like StudioTraffic and 4daily, they're basically giant ponzi schemes. It's a risky investment; they'll make you money as long as enough new people join and deposit money, and that's it. So probably not the best idea unless you have money you REALLY don't need.

Don't use pay for surf programs. They just don't pay. And there are much better ways of making $10/month for much less effort.

Don't waste your time. You can spend that time learning things that will ultimately be far more profitable. Heck, hit up the library if you have that much free time

I wouldn't bother with Surf programs either.

This is because I know what will happen with my future!

If I keep using a surf program to earn money, by the end of the year. I would have either earn't and had a little bit of cash for my work, I would either be finding it hard to try and get my money from them that I have earn't, or they had just closed down without paying me.

If I don't use surf programs and I do what I am doing now, which is affiliate marketing I would most likely be earning a nice residual income by the end of the year, which will keep on growing.

Most people who participate in these programs are looking to get paid, not to spend money. The money has to come from advertisers, not the surfers. As an advertiser, I would not pay to have my ads shown to people who surf for money.

Yeah I remember AllAdvantage. I got paid around $200 from them (after several months and referrals of course). I wonder what happened to them?
