    Spambots vs. email addresses

I've noticed that because of spambots there is an increase in contact information that reads like this:

Please contact me at shy(at)shyflower.com replacing the (at) with @

I wonder if any of you who are using this have noticed a decrease in bonofide customer feedback as well?

Its normal to see such things. You can also see different variations such as myname[at]mydomain[dot]com or even more extreme attempts such as javascript substituitions, etc

spambots are very smart nowadays and will find a way around these schemes.
Even substituiting written emails with images with your email can be decifered through basic OCR. Just like scanners do...

    So, it's a bit of a battle...
