Well you certainly can't earn money by posting on these forums. However we do have a SitePoint Marketplace where you can join in contests with a cash prize. You may also want to check out the looking to hire section where people post job listings, several members are offering to pay individuals for posts on their forums.

Be sure to check out the relevent guidelines for those sections before you post though
