getting your forum to look good?

I have recently purchased VBulletin Gold, and was wondering whether anybody could give away a few freebies on their experience, with the best styles, etc.

1. I am looking for some good styles, is their a good website for this.

2. Any additional addons for VB, that would enhance a forum.

3. Any Advice on maintaining VB, so it perfoms at its best.

Any help would be great, and what are others experience with the package

Also, it may seem obvious, but the vBulletin Forums themselve have quite a bit of tips, hacks, and free graphics. It's a great resource that would advise you to check out if you haven't already.
