Converting Color Code From Paint Store to Hex

How do I convert a color code like this to hex or rgb?

    29YY 66/537

That's a yellowish color code I have on a color swatch from the local paint store. I want this code in hex or rgb so that I can see it on my computer.

    try this

    hex# FDCC6C

    R-253
    G-204
    B-108

    How I got this:
Found the color on Glidden's website.

    Color: Sun Rays (29yy 66/537)
    Collection Brigh & Lively

Then used a software called Colorpic to grab the hex# and rgb.

Did you need the name of the color to plug into Colorpic?

No, what ColorPic actually does is capture the the color from the screen. I just did a search for the color code on google, and found it on Glidden's website. They showed a color swatch of the paint. I just captured the info with ColorPic.
    Make any sense?

If you're on a Mac you can do the same thing with the DigitalColor Meter too.
