Newspro-like for PHP\MySQL?

Is there a script around that meets the following requirement?

1) Its uses PHP\MySQL

2) It is something like newspro where you can do an 'include' somewhere so that the news will load at that include (Like newspro)

3) There is a threaded commenting system

Any of these out there?

well there was www.nphp.net with is newspro in php form but it was never really finished beyond the basics

I've tried it before. Its pretty good but its very very simple to the basics.

I'm looking for similar scripts but with a threaded comment system & uses the mySQL database
