    CSS Navigation Issue

All, I am trying CSS for the first time and I am having problems with a horizontal navigation I am trying. How do I get rid of the white space above and below my navigation on this site:

    Thanks

Great, that worked thanks. What should I do to clean it up a bit and make it look better, the navigation that is. Should I spread it the entire 700px of my template? If so, how do I do that? Any suggestions on the navigation?

    Thanks!

I think it looks fine as it is, but you could give the navbar the same color or give it a constrasting color..

If you want to space out the 'buttons', you work out the width of your navbar area and divide by how many menu items and then specify a width on your list......
There are tutorials out that that explain this... maybe find one at the css forum under the sticky notes.

Thanks, I actually think I am going back to my plain text with CSS, but I am using those same buttons on a side nav for a few of the pages, thanks.
