    Not sure what you mean there. It's all html, and you have to add code to make things work. If you're talking about doing it in Dremaweaver with a click of a button, I suggest you learn html.

    How hard is it to go into code-view and add in 13 characters of html anyway?

    Shouldn't that be "_blank"?

    Dreamweaver: Choose the insert menu; then hyperlink, then fill the fields (text will be the text to show, link will be your path and as target you choose _blank from the dropout menu)

    Still, you should learn a little HTML if you really want to take Dreamweaver to its maximum potential

    Do you want the link to open up by clicking on a link or a button? This example will create a button.
    Using JavaScript
    <FORM>
    <INPUT type="button" value="New Window!" onClick="window.open('http://www.yourdomain.com/yourpage.html','yourwindow','width=400,height=200')">
    </FORM>
