    Q: Insert Quotes

    I'm having problems inserting quotes into XML. I need something like this:

    <info age="22" height="5'5"" weight="130">

    I Googled it and found I should use this but it doesn't seem to be working:

    <info age="22" height="5'5 & #8221;" weight="130">

    Thanks!

    Typographically speaking, you should be using the double prime for inches (and the single prime for feet), not the double-closing-curly-quote.
