splitting a document into an array

Hi folks,
Although this might seem a basic question, you have to bear in mind that I have a new baby and so not had any sleep for 5 weeks!

The scenario...
I have a word document that is split into different areas.

Sheet 1
Section 1
(text)
Section 2
(text)
Section 3
(text)

Sheet 2
Section 1
(text)
Section 2
(text)
Section 3
(text)

So they all follow the same format....

The Problem.....
I need to split each sheet into arrays and insert it into a databasse

The question....
How can I split the seperate sheets into arrays based on the headers (Section1 etc...)?

You could use file to read the entire document into an array, then split the array based on the sections.
