Installing Imagemagick

Hey all,

I'm new to the server end here, and need help. How does one install imagemagick?

I have read instructions on imagemagicks site, but don't see how I can upload files, and how to execute the commands that instuctions say to do.

Any help would be great.

I am renting a full server if that helps. And have root admin access.

what kind of OS are you using? Is there PHP installed? Do you need to recompile PHP?
...we need some more infos :-)
