    Paste onclick function?

    Hi,

I wanted to know if there is a way to have a text input that automatically pastes the user's copied text into the form. If there is already a function for this that would be great, if not is there a way to make a custom function that would do this?

I don't have much experience with javascript, any help is appreciated. Thanks.

This might be possible with ActiveX.. it would only work in IE/Win.

Code for Firefox, Chrome, Safari, & Opera, then add fixes for IE, not vice versa.

I use Firefox too. Firefox 1.0.2 has been released.

JavaScript being able to access the clipboard is a bit of a security threat, so that feature is not available.
